Telephone Sales Person

Voted #1 for Fun & Games, Sheffield’s favourite escape game is looking for an experienced sales executive to join their enthusiastic team. The Great Escape Game in one of Yorkshire’s most recognised escape game providers that offers customers the chance to embark on their very own adventure in Crystal Maze-style puzzle rooms. Based in the heart of Sheffield, our modern offices are seconds away from the vibrant cafes and shopping districts of the city centre.

You’ll be required to:
9AM – 5:30PM OR 5:30PM – 10PM – over 3 days a week
Outbound calling – contact potential customers in regards to booking their team building packages
Answer inbound phone enquiries
Reply to email enquiries
Log and chase all sales leads via CRM system
Build meaningful relationships with key clients
Create outbound email campaigns aimed at corporate clientele
Report on weekly sales stats

To support your primary tasks, you may also be required to:
Research and identify sales opportunities and generate leads
Network and become a recognised brand ambassador
Build and maintaining relationships with all potential and existing clients
Desk research to identify market conditions and offerings from competitors

The ideal candidate:
We would like to hire, someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a polite and approachable telephone manner, and the ability to understand clients’ needs in order to present appropriate solutions. They will have at least 1 year of previous sales experience and basic knowledge of MS Office (or alternative softwares such as Google Docs).
