PERCY PUD RECKY ROUTE TESTER
In prep for the 10k on the first, James is taking a group of us out on Sunday 17th on a steady run - The aim is we all get round together. No speed.. noone left behind. Just do the 10km route slow and chatty.. to familiarise.
