First event of its kind in Sheffield and Leeds launches this November
The Great Escape are delighted to announce the launch of Sheffield and Leeds’ first-ever immersive drinking experience, The Curious Case of Christmas Eve. A brand new addition for Christmas 2019, the event looks set to be one of the most popular yet!
Having already established an enviable reputation for immersive escape rooms and experiences, the team behind The Great Escape’s most fantastic events have gone the extra mile in time for the festive season.
The Great Escape events have attracted a host of celebrity visitors, including the likes of Little Mix, the cast of Harry Potter and comedian Jon Richardson. Prior events have included everything from immersive sci-fi experiences to adventures and mysteries, each of which truly immerse guests in the action.
The Curious Case of Christmas Eve is not an escape game, but instead takes on a new, murder mystery-style dimension. The Gingerbread Man has been murdered – and it’s up to guests to uncover the culprit, picking through clues and even discovering the murder weapon along the way.

Offering an immersive, puzzle-based experience unlike any other in Sheffield and Leeds, the ticket price includes three drinks. For those who’d rather try the non-alcoholic version of the event, these needs can also be accommodated on request.
